All of our repair work is guaranteed to within reasonable wear and tear.

Returns or exchanges must occur within 30 days for   IN-STORE purchases and 45 days for SHIPPED orders (unless order was delayed).

All shoe RETURNS and EXCHANGES must entail the following:

• original sales receipt (no photocopies please).

• the original shoe box PLUS the shipping box.  Please do not use tape on the shoe box itself or wrap the shoe box with paper in place of the shipping box.

• shoes must be UNWORN and fully saleable.

*We only refund shipping for returns if the error was on our part or if the item was originally defective.
